Decent app for digital magazines. Everyone elses review? Well they rate it low because they didnt READ the description. The software IS free but it pretty clearly states how much the MAGAZINES COST. NOWHERE is there anything stating its free magazines... Why would they make it free and continue to sell it in stores and how would they stay in business doing such an act without increasing ad revenues tenfold which would probably make people just as angry... People are lazy when it comes to the newsstand so everyone stop freaking out and getting angry when its your own fault for making a, frankly, baseless assumption.

I agree, nothing is "free" about it and actually will automatically charge your account? WTF

Downloads are a Pain even the new ones it fails to load the latest version

Updated in September and now it crashes every time you open a magazine. Very frustrating since it worked well before.

Since version 8 the app keeps crashing. I have hard reset my iPad, removed and reinstalled the application and it still crashes, a lot. Cant open last magazine at all. And why does it show I gave it 5 stars?

i cant hear the sound from my ipad and they wanted payment twice for the same magazlne..

I have had this app for awhile and all was great. Tried to read one if my back issues. Got message that my files were corrupted and was instructed to delete and re-download my issues. Now I see that a couple of issues I had purchased are gone. I have to buy them again to read them. Emailed the developer twice and no response. Screw em, Ill never give them another dime!!!!!

says free, but its not. well the cover is free, just no pages of actual content. too bad cant trust the publisher on this. 4.99 an issue could be a good deal, just dont know what Im buying

Newsstand is garbage, I dont even want to look at the icon, let alone spend MORE money on magazines!!! Stop making us users look at this crap on our home screen!!!!!

How Apple allows this to continue us beyond me. So insulting to our intelligence. Free? Whats free? How about an editors note, or a condensed publication sample to determine if we like the style of the magazine? Nothing but an age-old bait and switch. Im deleting Newstand app completely as it is filled with this crap.
